These are the terms that govern your use of the Skydigital website and the basis on which we discuss and deliver our work.
Last updated · 16 June 2026
These terms apply to Skydigital LLC FZ ("Skydigital", "we", "us", "our") and to you when you use skydigital365.com or engage with us through it.
By using the site or contacting us through it, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
If you are using the site on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to accept these terms for that company.
Skydigital is a digital growth agency. We provide strategy, brand, web and e-commerce, performance marketing, social media, and PR and communications services.
The website is here to explain our work, share selected examples, and let you start a conversation. Content on the site is for general information and is not advice you should act on without speaking to us first.
Any specific engagement — its scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees — is set out in a separate proposal or agreement signed between us. Those documents, not this website, define the work we will actually do for you.
Submitting the consultation form or contacting us does not create a binding contract or oblige either of us to proceed. It simply starts a conversation.
A working relationship begins only when we both agree a written scope and you confirm it. Until then, anything we discuss — including indicative timelines or budgets — is preliminary.
Payment terms, milestones, and invoicing are set out in the relevant proposal or agreement. As a general rule, fees are payable in the currency and on the schedule stated there, and work may pause if invoices fall overdue.
The website — including its text, design, logos, brand assets, and code — belongs to Skydigital or its licensors and is protected by law. You may view and share it for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not copy, reuse, or adapt it without our written permission.
Ownership of deliverables we create for a client — designs, campaigns, content, and code — is governed by the engagement agreement. As a general principle, agreed deliverables transfer to the client once paid for in full, while Skydigital retains its own pre-existing tools, methods, and know-how.
Trademarks and brand names shown on the site remain the property of their respective owners.
When you use the site or work with us, you agree to:
You are responsible for keeping your own account and login details secure where any are issued to you.
We provide our services with reasonable skill and care, and we are confident in the standard of our work.
The website itself is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we do not give warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
Digital growth depends on many factors outside our control — markets, platforms, and audiences among them. So while we work hard to deliver results, we cannot guarantee specific commercial outcomes such as revenue, rankings, or reach.
We are not responsible for the content, security, or practices of third-party websites we may link to.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, or goodwill.
For any engagement, our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid us for that engagement in the relevant period, as set out in the applicable agreement.
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.
You and Skydigital agree that the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site, unless a signed engagement agreement specifies a different forum.
We would always prefer to resolve any issue directly and in good faith first — so please talk to us before anything escalates.
We may update these terms from time to time as our services and the law evolve. The current version always lives on this page, with the date it was last revised.
Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. Where a change is significant and you are an active client, we will tell you directly.
This page is a template provided in good faith and should be reviewed by Skydigital's legal counsel before it is relied upon. Where these terms conflict with a signed engagement agreement, that agreement takes precedence.
