This explains what personal data Skydigital collects, why we collect it, and the choices and rights you have over it.

Skydigital LLC FZ ("Skydigital", "we", "us", "our") is a digital growth agency based in Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This policy covers personal data we handle through our website at skydigital365.com and in the course of working with clients and enquirers.
We are the controller of the personal data described here. That means we decide why and how it is used.
If you have any question about this policy or your data, you can reach us at the details in the Contact us section below.
We try to collect only what we need. There is no more, and we do not ask for sensitive personal data.
When you use our consultation form, you may give us: your name, email address, phone number, company name, industry, an indication of budget, and the message you write to us.
When you email, call, or message us, we collect whatever you choose to share in that conversation, plus the contact details you reach us from.
When you visit the site, our systems and analytics automatically record limited technical information such as your approximate location, device and browser type, and pages viewed. See our Cookies Policy for how that works.
If you become a client, we also hold the project and account information needed to deliver and bill for our work.
We use your data for clear, limited purposes:
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it to make decisions about you by automated means alone.
We handle personal data under the UAE's Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data. Where the EU or UK GDPR applies to you as a visitor or client, we also rely on its lawful bases.
In practice, our grounds are usually one of the following:
We keep your data within Skydigital and a small number of trusted service providers who process it on our behalf and under our instructions.
These typically include: a hosting provider for the website, an email and CRM provider for communications, a privacy-respecting analytics provider, and accounting or payment providers for billing.
Each processor is bound by a contract that requires them to protect your data and use it only for the purpose we set.
We may also disclose data where the law, a court, or a UAE regulator properly requires it, or to protect our rights, our people, or the security of our services. We do not share your data with advertisers for their own marketing.
We are based in the UAE and serve clients across the US, the Middle East, and India, so some of our providers may store or process data outside the UAE.
When data moves across borders, we take reasonable steps to ensure a comparable level of protection — for example, transferring to countries with adequate protection, or using contractual safeguards such as standard contractual clauses where required.
If you would like more detail on the safeguards used for a specific transfer, contact us and we will explain.
We keep personal data only for as long as we have a clear reason to.
Enquiries that do not become projects are usually held for up to 24 months, then deleted or anonymised, unless we hear from you sooner.
Client and financial records are kept for the period required by UAE law and good accounting practice, typically several years after the engagement ends.
When a retention period passes, we securely delete the data or remove anything that could identify you.
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data — including encryption in transit, access controls, and limiting access to the people who genuinely need it.
No system is ever perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach ever affected your data, we would act promptly and notify you and the relevant authority where the law requires it.
Subject to UAE data protection law — and to the GDPR where it applies to you — you have rights over your personal data. These can include:
To exercise any of these, contact us using the details below. We will respond within the time the law allows, and you may complain to the UAE Data Office (or your local supervisory authority) if you are not satisfied.

We aim to answer privacy requests promptly and plainly.
We may update this policy as our services, providers, or the law change. The current version always lives on this page, and we will note the date when it was last revised.
This page is a template provided in good faith and should be reviewed by Skydigital's legal counsel before it is relied upon. If anything here conflicts with a signed agreement between us, that agreement takes precedence.
